How can I cancel my order?
An easy cancellation process is available for all our valued customers. You can cancel your online order before the product is shipped. You will be refunded the full amount of the order.

Complaints Procedure
In case you don’t like your RideoIndia products, here is our return policy:
- Customers can make a return request within 48 hours from the delivery date.
- Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged can be returned.
- Discounted products cannot be returned.
- All products at Rideo India are well checked by our quality team before shipping. Despite our best efforts, if you find that the product is damaged, please email customer care to request a return.
- In the unlikely event that your item arrives in a damaged condition or the wrong size (size other than ordered), you must email us a photo of the product received highlighting the damaged area or wrongly received product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, we will be happy to process your request for a refund or exchange.
- All refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
