We, RideoIndia offers free shipping all over India. It takes upto 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally if orders are placed before 1pm on any business days, we aim to ship the product on the same day, providing our card security checks are complete or not, and whether the payment received and stock availability is confirmed or not. Orders which are placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during any Holidays are dispatched on the following Monday or on the next working day. During busy times, such as during holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders cannot be shipped to the PO boxes or military address. Rural and remote domestic addresses require one or more additional days for delivery of the product. Orders which requires engraving or any customization will require some more additional time and will be shipped in at least 10 working days.
For shipments which are delivered outside the MAHARASTRA, the customer’s state may charge an OCTROI Duty, on top of the original price of the item. These charges are not in our control and can’t be reimbursed.
International Shipping:
International delivery time is about 5 to 7 days.
In case of some of the shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty or VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be refunded.
Tracking e-mail containing the package tracking information will be sent after shipment.
After placing an order, customer can cancel the order only if the order state is showing as “pending” under the Order History. Cancellations have to be made within 6 Hours of placing any order. For canceling any of your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email mentioning your Order Number.
In case of Perishable Goods
If a customer wants to cancel the order of a perishable product, the cost of the product will have to be borne by the customer.
In case of Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate could not be canceled, user can only demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of the purchase.
Cancellation of Order by RideoIndia
RideoIndia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any of the order placed for a product which is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or not or payment been received or not. In this case the 100% payment should be refunded and the User should be informed of the same. If any non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to the mistake of the User. Any extra cost spent by RideoIndia for re-delivery should be claimed from the User who is responsible.
