Who bears the cost of shipping returned items?

• If the product was returned due to any damage to the product, we will bear the delivery charges.
• If the product has been returned due to a change in design or size, the delivery cost will have to be borne by the customer.

Our Refund Policy?

You are entitled to a full refund of your amount under the following conditions:

• If there is a manufacturing defect in the product like faulty zippers, irregular hemming, loose buttons, uneven parts, inappropriate trimming, blurry prints, etc.
• The merchandise you received is other than what you have ordered.

You must initiate the refund process within 10 days from the date you received the product.
